Is a 12mm masonry needed for this?
Answer: No, it is not required. -

How do I use this if I don't know if it's hitting the mortar in a brick veneer/clad wall?
Answer: Dryzone should ideally be injected into the mortar course. However, if that is not possible, you can inject it into the brick. We recommend reducing the hole centers from 120mm to 90mm if drilling/injecting into the brickwork. -
Question:
Do the tubes fit a mastic gun?
Answer: No, they are specific to the Dryzone Injector gun and not suitable for a mastic gun. -
Question:
How far will one 600ml foil tube go if used on a 7-meter brick cavity wall?
Answer: One cartridge should go approximately 3.5 meters. Two cartridges should be ample enough for your project. -
Question:
What is the expiry date on the tubes?
Answer: Each tube of Dryzone Cream has an orange sticker displaying the batch number and expiry date. The expiry date should be approximately one year from purchase. -
Question:
How far apart do you insert?
Answer: 4 inches apart and 75-80 mm into the brick or mortar joint. The holes should be plugged once injected.
