I can not work out how it fits together? No instructions
Answer: You need to unscrew the end off the plastic nozzle holder then insert the large piece into the piping bag (thread down) to the bottom, then insert the required nozzle into the small piece of plastic and screw it to the bag. Hope this helps. -

Will the product rust?
Answer: The product is very good value and is in constant use. It has stayed in pristine A1 condition and I recommend this product. -

Are these any good for piping meringues and mashed potatoes please?
Answer: A couple will be okay for Italian meringues, but unless you have really smooth buttery mash, I wouldn't recommend as they are too fin. -

Is there a tip big enough for eclairs?
Answer: This set has 4 big nozzles and their size is 2.5cm (base diameter) * 5cm (height). Maybe they can meet your needs. -
Question:
What's the diameter of the largest round nozzle? Could it be used for choux pastry?
Answer: The diameter of the largest round nozzle is 9mm. Not sure if it would be big enough for what you require. -
Question:
Does this set contain a basket weave nozzle?
Answer: Sorry, I have not tried them.
