Answer: According to their website they work with sustainable farms and they ‘can’ pay a premium for ethical farming. You might need to contact them for a better answer. From the Knoops website: “By cutting out the 'middle man', Firetree can pay a substantial premium above the market rate, giving farmers the scope to commit to high ethical standards, as well as provide well for their families.” -

Answer: Nutrition info per 100g. Contents 250 g. Energy 563 kcal, fat 36.2g saturates 21.8g carbs 50.9g of which sugar 49.9g fibre 2.1g protein 7g salt 0.2g. More importantly, it's not very nice. I couldn't recommend it. Look for an alternative.
