Answer: Every time after you move the scale, just wait until the screen has a 'C' symbol appear, then step on the scale to weigh. That will give you the accurate result. -

Answer: The App is lifetime free. -

How do you calibrate it as it isn’t right?
Answer: I calibrated it by sending it back, as it's not a true body fat monitor anyway. It works out your BMI from your weight and height and your assessment of your body type. As for the displayed weight, I got a variance of almost 1KG seconds apart. -

I have to stand on the scale twice, the second time always weighs lighter than the first. Is this right?
Answer: Please ignore the first reading after you move the scale, as it will be around 1.3kg heavier, as this includes the scale's own weight. -

How do I connect to the app? I have Bluetooth scales and Bluetooth enabled on the phone, but it won't connect.
Answer: Download the App 'Leaone', set up your profile first. Then open the App, select 'Settings' > 'My Devices' > 'Pair the scale'. You will have it on your phone then. -

Answer: Yes, it is made by tempered glass. -

How do you change the scales from kg to stones and lbs? I've tried to connect to Bluetooth, but it won't do that either.
Answer: Make sure you've installed Leaone app and have Bluetooth and your phone location turned on. If it's not working, just restart your mobile after installing the app. After connecting, you can change units in the app.
