- ☕ A COFFEE WITHOUT COFFEE: terebinth coffee or Kurdish coffee is a traditional hot drink produced from roasted terebinth fruits (a type of wild peanut) and does not contain caffeine and is widely consumed in Kurdish and Turkish cuisines.
- 🌱 SOURCE: Terebinth tree is a plant species native to Iran. It grows in the southern regions of Turkey. We know that the leaves, fruits, flowers and roots of the terebinth tree have been used for various purposes since ancient times until today.
- 😋 AMAZING TASTE: Magnificent taste reminiscent of creamy, woody, roasted hazelnuts... Menengiç coffee, which has an absolutely authentic taste, has a softer taste than normal Turkish coffee. For this reason, if you find Turkish coffee too strong, you can choose terebinth coffee.
- 🩺 HEALTHY: Does not contain caffeine. In addition to B and E group vitamins, it also contains many minerals and elements such as calcium, potassium, sodium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc and selenium. It is also rich in fiber, protein and unsaturated fatty acids.
- ☕PREPARATION: Pour a coffee cup of water or milk (8 cl) into a coffee pot. Add a teaspoon of coffee. Optionally add sugar and mix well. Heat the coffee pot over low heat until it foams. After foaming, pour it into your glass.
