What is the difference btw model 2365 and 2369?
Answer: Differences are following: 1. Line-up for caps for noodle section shapes HR2369-01: 1.6mm square shaped, 2.5mm square shape, 2.0mm round shaped, 0.8mm sheet. The cap for 0.8mm sheet is used for gyoza(cresent shaped pan-fried dumpling), wonton (Chinese dumpling served in soup) and lasagna. HR2365-01: 1.6mm square shaped, 2.5mm square shape, 2.0mm round shaped, 1.6mm flat shaped. 2. Color of body. -

What is the difference btw model 2357/05 and 2369?
Answer: A major difference is that HR2369-01 has a shaping mouth (shaping disc) of 0.8mm sheet which is used for gyoza (cresent shaped pan-fried dumpling), wonton (Chinese dumpling served in soup) and lasagna. -
