    Answer: By pushing the close button the umbrella will only partially close. You will then need to close manually by pushing down from the top of the umbrella till it clicks into place near the handle.
  • Question: How heavy is it? In grams?

    Answer: I don't know exactly how heavy but it was too heavy for me and I gave it away.
  • Question: I bought this umbrella a year ago and it's been amazing! However, today I went to use it and it refuses to open, is there any way I can fix it?

    Answer: If the button cannot be pressed down properly, you could try and withdraw the umbrella towards the handle a little further bit and see if the button can be pressed down properly after. Any questions, please get in contact with Balios Umbrellas directly and they should be able to help.
  • Question: I cannot open it, there is a white thread, do I need to cut it?
