The Empi StimCare Premium electrodes come in a pack of four and measure 2"x2" square. These electrodes work well with Empi select units that have pin connectors. The star pattern on the patch is similar to the Empi Stimcare blue gel electrodes. These reusable stim pads can be used for muscle pain and should last a while if taken good care of. However, some customers have reported issues with the pads not sticking well and not lasting as long as original pads. Good results have been noticed by some customers as well.
