Answer: Probably yes. I was able to install a Britta filter on mine. -

Answer: There is no ridges on the spout for the adapter to hook on to. I am not sure what your hose on the washer needs. -

Answer: Absolutely sure! Package includes: kitchen faucet, cold and hot water supply hose 23.6", with 9/16" internal pressure connector (blue label for cold water, the red label for hot water), inside with 9.7" deck, fit for one hole and three holes for kitchen sink. -

Can you connect a portable dishwasher?
Answer: With the right aerator adapter. I added a water filter. We just used the aerator that the filter company sent.
