Would this hold a 12.5 iPad Pro?
Answer: I do not believe it would hold a large iPad. -

Answer: It holds my iPad perfectly so I don't see why it won't hold the Surface. -

Can the mount reach so the tablet is between front seats & elevated?
Answer: I have one in my Pathfinder and it is almost dead center. It has handled my kids' abuse well. You might have to have your headrest up higher if you want the height and keep it centered though. -

How good is the adjustable arm?
Answer: The arm is definitely adjustable to move around, but it’s not like, super long. It is approximately 6-8 inches in length when fully extended. -
Question:
How is the vibration with this mount?
Answer: It's really secure and you can tighten it as much as you want. I don't ever hear any vibration sounds coming from it.
