The product is beautiful, delicate, and is packaged very well, arriving quickly. However, one customer experienced disappointment with the product and had it break after only three hours of wear. Another reported that multiple necklaces broke or knotted up. One reviewer had different luck and found it to be a sturdy necklace, even with a dog pawing at it. The chain also came in a leather pouch, and the product was easy to clean. On the downside, one customer received a necklace that wasn't silver and requested for a refund.
