It is easy to set up and use, but customers had some questions regarding the two drain ports and the clear small tube. The hose can be set up in any window, but it needs to exhaust the air, and there is no way it will work to condition the air if it does not exhaus it. The unit works great, except that it is a bit noisy. A customer reported that the plastic part for the window was too big even when fully collapsed. One customer reported that the unit quit working after 10 months of use, but found customer support excellent as they received a new unit absolutely free of charge.
