Do you feed slides one at a time? Do you have to push the scan button for each slide?
Answer: Yes. You push in each slide and press the scan button. However, it's pretty easy because of the 'continuous loading' system. Each time you push in a new slide into the side, it pushes out an old one through the other side of the holder. So the process is quite fast. -

Answer: I don't think you can add a date to the image with this scanner. It has a date that you set but I don't think it will appear in the photo. You can make a .jpeg file with the scan and add a date with your photoshop software.
