Answer: Yes, the planting height can be easily adjusted using the built-in handle. -

What does this mean some items are not punched and you will have to yourself? What tools are needed?
Answer: I used a small drill for all the bits or screws that were included—although it took a little time to do and I did it by myself, it was well worth it. It’s a very well-built unit upon completion. -

How do I put this together? No directions in box
Answer: It is quite tricky without the instructions. Best to get a hold of the buyer and see if they can help. -
Question:
Will it stand up to snow during the winter months in Michigan?
Answer: Don’t know about winter but so far here is hot and windy and it’s not strong enough. I would not buy. -

Do plants get potted in the bottom planter or does a separate planter go inside? Will plants get enough sun inside the bottom planter?
Answer: There is no bottom to the planter, you can plant in the bottom if they are going to be long enough, put a planter container inside that has flowers in it or put flowers in the water bucket. You can do a lot of different things. -

Is there a Pro available to put this together?
Answer: No. -

Could this be used to cover a septic system cover?
Answer: I think it could if you have the round cover that isn't too large. -

Can you order extra parts to make well height bigger?
Answer: Sorry, we do not sell parts separately. -

Can anyone help me? I don't want to read the manual?
Answer: You should read the manual. It took a bit for us to get the pieces going the right way...with the manual. -

What is the package dimension and weight?
Answer: I don't know know how big the box in came in! It wasn't too big because you have to put it all together! It was heavy! I don't know how much it weighed!
