Answer: Rearward mounting of monitor mounting components can be a safety risk and is not recommended. -
Question:
Is the mount pro logo printed on the base plate that sits on top of the desk or is the base plate pure black in color?
Answer: My mounting plate is pure black no logos, I am very happy with the mount so far, have a 32inch on bottom and 27 inch on top, no trouble with sag or getting them in position. I also am using the clamp method instead of drilling a hole in my desk, no issues with that either. -

How low can it go?
Answer: Your monitor can basically touch the desk. So very versatile.
