The strap is made of good quality genuine leather and has a thickness of between 3.0mm to 3.3mm. The deployment clasp, which comes with the strap, is solid and easy to close. The product comes with a tool to remove the old strap, making it easy to swap out old straps for new ones. However, Consumers have experienced some issues with the product. Some customers have complained about the quick-release pins detaching too easily, causing the watch head to fall off. Other customers have experienced decolorisation of the band after only two months of use. The band may not fit as snugly as advertised, and the size may be smaller than the measurement on the product. One customer also reported that the leather used was not top-grain as advertised but rather genuine leather, which is cheaper.
