Hi with regards to the gm-01 model. is it possible to adjust and maintain suction pressure to -95mmhg whilst maintaining 60l/min? thanks
Answer: This pump cannot be guaranteed to be a data all the time, unlike an electronic pump. When something is connected to the filter, and something is sucked, it can be under its standard pressure value of 1.0a, or it That pointer will go to the state of 0.08, Xing may be more than 0.08. If it is a new pump, it will be more than 0.08, such as 0.085, 0.09 in this case. But the normal range value is 0.08. If it is in the state of nothing or shut down, its pressure will be a little bit smaller. -

Another improvised muffler may consists of of an inverse air flow to a vacuum trap (Air goes in the side-arm of a flask, and exhausting through the top opening plugged with a 1-hole stopper). -

Answer: No, this pump pulls a 37 mm Hg vacuum while a freeze dryer needs vacuum in the range of 0.001 mm Hg. You probably need a two-stage oil-based vacuum pump to do a good freeze drying job. -
