Will this fit nitecore MH12V2?
Answer: No, the Thyrm SwitchBack DF Flashlight Ring is not compatible with any Nitecore lights that we are aware of. The Thyrm SwitchBack Large 2.0 Flashlight Ring is a different size that is compatible with many Nitecore models, as well as other brands. Please see the compatibility table at the SwitchBack Large 2.0 product page (to the left of the main image) for more details. -
Question:
Will it fit the thrunite bbs v5?
Answer: No, the crenulations on the tailcap of the BBS V5 would prevent installation from being stable on the Thrunite BBS V5. -
Question:
Will this fit a Olight seeker 2 pro???
Answer: O-light lists this light's body diameter as 1.08 inches, which is probably too small to fit the SwitchBack DF Flashlight Ring. The SwitchBack DF Flashlight ring has an inner diameter of 1.12 inches. -
Question:
Will this fit a nitecore e4k?
Answer: The Nitecore E4K I see listed online as having a diameter of 1.11 inches. If this is true at the tailcap, it appears to be a good diameter to try with the Thyrm SwitchBack DF Flashlight Ring. We designed the SwitchBack DF to work with a tailcap diameter of 1.12 inches. We have not tried the Nitecore E4K, but we have tried the Nitecore MH12 v2 and know that it is not compatible. -
Question:
Which Fenix lights will this fit?
Answer: A full compatibility table is available amongst the top left images of each product page, for SwitchBacks. You will note that almost all compatible lights are listed in the name of this product. In this case, no Fenix lights have been identified as compatible with the SwitchBack DF Flashlight Ring. You may want to look at the SwitchBack Large 2.0 Flashlight Ring instead. -
Question:
Would this fit on a pelican 7100?
Answer: No, this fits the Pelican 7600. Our SwitchBack 2.0 Large (another model) fits the Pelican 7000. Neither fit the Pelican 7100. -
Question:
When you uninstall the switchback after awhile, do you see scratches on the flashlight?
Answer: The SwitchBack is made of a polymer that should be less hard than the metal used in most flashlights. That being said, there should be no reason for the plastic itself to etch the metal. The narrow bottom of the SwitchBack installs in the space between the tailcap and the rest of the light, not against the side of light's surface. However, if your light with SwitchBack gets dirty or sandy, it's possible that sand or rocks trapped between the SwitchBack and tailcap could scratch the tailcap, as the SwitchBack shifts slightly during normal use. -
Question:
Compatible with surefire e2-t-mv tactician flashlight?
Answer: No, no current Thyrm SwitchBacks are compatible with the E2-T-MV Tactician by SureFire.
