The Amprobe DM78C Credit Card Size Digital Multimeter is a pocket-sized device that is easy to use and accurate. It uses two LR-44 batteries and comes with a ground lead with an alligator clip. The range of operation provides 100 micro Volts DC, 1 milli Volts AC, and 100 milli Ohms accuracy. It does not have a backlight and is a probe-style multimeter rather than a tone probe/tracer. Despite being made in China, the device is well built and high quality. The meter is sensitive and responds to the leads being close to emf. The continuity beeper is premium and the test leads and case on the meter are also premium. However, some users found the test leads to be too short.
