The frame is made of 20 gauge metal and the drawers are made of 22 gauge metal. Unfortunately, it does not come with any drawer liners/mats, but they can be purchased separately (part number 84037). Overall, customers have been pleased with their purchase of the Kennedy Manufacturing 285XB. The toolbox is described as being sturdy and well-Constructed, with drawers that slide smoothly and lock securely. Customers have also noted the spaciousness of the drawers and the ample storage capacity that this toolbox provides.
