    Answer: I find that the chocolate does hold up better but I still avoid drastic temperature change because it will sweat.

    Answer: I believe it would. A little goes a long way.

    Answer: Yes, seal it up well and once it’s at room temp you can use again and again. Either plastic wrap or I use a food sealer that keeps mine.

If you are planning to cover a large cake, make sure to get more than one box of fondant. This fondant holds up better when it's not exposed to extreme temperature changes. Leftover fondant should be stored carefully in an airtight container at room temperature, and excess can last up to two months.
