Dark wood tarot

The Dark Wood Tarot deck has made a significant impression on its users, largely thanks to its enchanting artwork and thoughtful companion guidebook. Created by Abigail Larsen, the artwork is described as a delightful blend of whimsical and dark fairy-tale vibes, appealing to those with a passion for the macabre. Many users found themselves enchanted not only by the visuals but also by the thematic depth that the illustrations bring to their tarot experiences. The combination of elements reminiscent of Disney, Don Bluth, and The Addams Family creates a unique aesthetic that resonates with a wide audience, making it a favorite among both beginners and seasoned tarot readers alike. The accompanying guidebook authored by Sasha Graham also received praise for its depth of information and creativity, providing both lore and various interpretations for each card. Users appreciate how the book serves as a valuable resource for interpreting the cards, catering to different reading styles. While the deck features predominantly female imagery, it has managed to connect with readers of all genders, signaling its universal appeal. However, there are some drawbacks noted by users, particularly surrounding the cardstock quality. Many reviewers have pointed out that the cards are relatively thin, making them susceptible to wear and tear, which can be a point of concern for more vigorous shuffling. Despite this, some users appreciate the lightweight feel of the cards for shuffling ease. A minor point of critique was also noted regarding the inConsistency in font choices within the guidebook, which some found to detract from its overall professionalism. Overall, the Dark Wood Tarot deck emerges as a beautiful and thematic addition to the tarot-lovers' collection, making it especially suitable for those interested in shadow work or exploring darker themes in a playful manner. **
