Charbroil Outdoor Cooking Replacement Parts G451-0028-W1 Editorial Review
The Control Knob (G451-0028-W1) has received mixed reviews from customers, with a predominant concern surrounding the discrepancy between the product's appearance and its actual material. Many users noted that the product is made of black plastic rather than stainless steel as suggested by the images on the listing. This has led to Considerable disappointment, with a few customers expressing that they would have opted for a cheaper alternative had they known the knob was not metallic. Moreover, several reviews pointed out issues with size compatibility, where the shaft size was incorrect for their applications, complicating the installation process. While some users acknowledged the good quality of the knob itself, the overwhelming sentiment was frustration over misleading product descriptions and the resulting inconvenience, including the need for returns or modifications to make the item fit. In summary, while the Control Knob may function adequately once correctly utilized, the confusion regarding its material and sizing has left several customers feeling dissatisfied. **
