The Pelonis PH-19J tower heater is a great investment for maintaining a comfortable home temperature while keeping energy bills low. The programmable feature is easy to use and it has a sleek design that looks great in any home. It heats up personal spaces quickly and doesn't take up much room. However, it may not work effectively outside in an unenclosed balcony. The heater only has two heating speeds, high and low and does not automatically turn off when the desired temperature is reached. The heater must be manually turned off by turning the knob to "OFF" status. Some customers have reported issues with their unit such as the heater only working for a few minutes before emitting smoke, while others have found that the remote control does not work after a few months of usage.
