Ultimate Spider-Man

**** The "Ultimate Spider-Man" game has garnered a mixed reception from customers, primarily centered around language options and overall gameplay experience. A common theme in the feedback is frustration regarding the absence of an English language option. Several parents reported receiving copies of the game that only included languages such as Spanish, French, Dutch, or Italian, leading to disappointment for children who could not fully engage with the story or instructions. This aspect seems to be a significant oversight for a product based on an iconic American character, with many expecting English to be an available language option as it was not clearly communicated on the product listing. On the other hand, many children, including some reviewers' sons, expressed that they enjoy the game itself, playing as popular characters like Spider-Man and Venom. Despite some mentions of challenging gameplay, it is praised for its entertainment value, making it worthwhile for parents who see their children enjoying it. Additionally, there were indications that some versions of the game could be played with greater ease on different platforms (DS vs. GBA), suggesting that Consumers should Consider their device compatibility when purchasing. Overall, while the gameplay experience appears enjoyable for kids, the language issue has overshadowed the product for many customers, leading to a warning for Prospective buyers to ensure they receive the English version to avoid disappointment. **
