While it doesn't technically have a carrying handle, it does have a convenient fold-away handle on the top of the lid. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not provide replacement caps for this item. Some customers did have issues with the product, such as the lack of a carrying handle or a pin on the hinge that sometimes moves out.
