Answer: No, we do not add any amino acids to this product. The amino acid profile and protein content come directly from the grass fed hormone free whey isolate. We have also had this product independently tested by labdoor to verify there is not any amino spiking. If you go to their website, you will see this is the highest quality grass fed, hormone free isolate they have ever tested. -

What is the difference between whey and whey isolate?
Answer: Whey Protein powders come in 3 forms - Concentrate, Isolate, and Hydrolyzed. Whey Concentrate is the least filtered, contains lactose, and has a lower protein concentration. Whey Isolate undergoes additional filtration, has lactose removed, and has a higher concentration of protein.
