The Netgear Nighthawk R7350 AC2400 Router is great for a small network with its four slots in the back for four computers as well as WiFi. It is compatible with any internet provider and cannot increase the capability of the service provider. The router can work with an outside external antenna attached. The installation process seems to be easy with a few hiccups here and there, but the app takes a bit of getting used to. There have been repeated warnings about Netgear's customer service. It is advised to beware of buying Netgear routers. Some customers have received returned routers advertised as new ones, and the Netgear support was not able to assist them. The device is big and bulky and may not have the best range. The product should last longer than a year but appears cheaply made. The router has failed for some customers and does not connect to the internet, which seems to be a recurring problem.
