Answer: No, the 3fan pack only come with a fan/RGB hub, this hub can give you the ability to connect up to 16fans. Fan/RGB controlling is done through software. -

Do these work with the SL 120's lighting control box?
Answer: These have 3 pin argb connectors. So if the controller accepts 3 pin then yes. The AL and SL series fans are rated exactly the same in every spec. -

What is the length of the cable from the fan to the controller?
