The Vland LED taillights are designed to be an exact replacement for the factory OEM ones and are compatible with Left driving of 2010-2014 VW Golf R MK6 without coding required using vagcom. There is also an option for customers to change the reverse lights two both white by contacting the seller. Although they are not recommended for GTI models, some customers have successfully installed them onto GTIs with little issues. However, certain models had problems after the installation with the LEDs not working due to the activation of the protection system that caused the tail lights to go out. Some customers reported crooked and rubbing lights that made a rattling noise. The sequential turn signals were praised for their aesthetic value, but some customers found the installation process to be very time-consuming.
