Applied Editorial Review
The Introduction to Applied Mathematics by Gilbert Strang is a mixed bag. On one hand, it is praised by some readers, particularly more advanced math learners, for its well-thought-out explanations, and useful insights. However, for many other readers, especially undergraduates, this book is simply unhelpful - it's filled with dated notation, poorly-explained concepts, and limited practical examples.
