Answer: Did you just open the box and see oil? My box was soaked in oil. Once removed and cleaned, forks worked fine. -

Any idea if this will fit a Revi Cheetah?
Answer: I have no idea but I would say yes, you might have to change bearings. -

Will it fit 4.8” tires on 4” rims?
Answer: Yes, I have a 4.5 and room left over. -
