This shower hose has universal 1/2 inch pipe thread that should fit with most standard hand held shower heads. The hose does not have any volume restriction. Both fittings of the hose are 1/2" IPS with straight threads which could be applicable to standard handheld shower heads or other fixtures that have 1/2" pipe threads, however, customers should check the connector of their fixture before ordering to make sure that they are compatible. One customer mentioned that the blue inserts were difficult to remove but eventually were unscrewed out. Overall, the reception of this product is very positive. Customers who used it for their pets are satisfied with its length while others found it to be a much-needed improvement compared to the plastic hoses that usually come with showerheads. One customer stated that it fits a Moen hose perfectly, and is more affordable while another says it is a great quality product for the price.
