The Aeelue Food Safety Holder is supposed to make slicing and grating vegetables easier and safer by protecting your fingers from the sharp blades. However, based on customer reviews, it seems that this product has some flaws. The base of the holder was too wide for some slicers causing the rubber to be sliced off and after a few passes, the entire product fell apart into four separate pieces. Additionally, the plastic used for the product is cheap and the plunger part comes in two pieces, which can be unsafe. Some customers reported that they were unable to use the product to grate potatoes, which was their main reason for purchasing it. Overall, the Aeelue Food Safety Holder seems to be a poorly designed and Constructed product that is not worth the money.
