These clips are not adjustable and are designed specifically for 30-Amp cords. They can be spaced as close as 2-3 feet apart if required. The cord clamps in the Marinco clip are designed to fit a 30-Amp cable snugly to ensure a secure fit. Some customers had issues with a smaller diameter in the cable, but were able to use zip ties for a secure fit. The clips can be installed with your own screws, and customers recommend using stainless steel screws in a saltwater environment.
