    Answer: There is a right and a left arm. You have to have the correct arm for the correct window.
  • Question: Just replaced my old one with this but my window won’t close all the way how can I fix that?

    Answer: Time to replace the window. Old and swollen.
  • Question: We have Anderson casements installed in 2001 on the window the following number is on the glass CIG-31-00.7 will this hardware fit my window? Thanks
