The Aircom T9 is a cooling fan designed to control the temperature of your audio-visual equipment, as well as for other purposes. With various fan speed settings and automatic on-off controls, users have reported a drop in operating temperatures after just a few minutes of use. In terms of noise, some customers have commented that the fan is audible when it comes on, but it is not distracting unless your receiver is completely exposed to the room.
