Customer experience for this product is mostly positive. The treadmill is easy to use and has a good walking/jogging experience due to its cushioned deck. The speed adjustments are quick and it has auto-adjusting incline and speed. The weight capacity is 350 pounds. The instructions could be easier to follow, and the treadmill needs to be on a flat foundation, or it will recalibrate. The iFit sign-up prompt is annoying and unnecessary, but it is possible to bypass it. The screen can bubble up, which can be annoying. But, the treadmill is quiet when in use, and it's easy to move around. However, some customers have reported issues with shipping and broken parts on arrival. In one customer's case, the belt stopped working after only nine months of minimal use. While in another customer's case, the treadmill stopped working completely after only being used for a year and a half.
