  • Question: Can it cope with thick carpets?

    Answer: The capacity to do its work is good, but it kept getting stuck under the furniture.
  • Question: What GHz does it need?

    Answer: If you mean WiFi frequency/speed etc... It says 5 GHz on the app. But my home is 8GHz and I have no problem. I haven't yet tried to set up the built-in Alexa on it yet, but assume it will work fine as other items do here at my home. It's just I already have a tel.app and a remote control. Do not feel Alexa is urgent at this time. Hope it helps.
  • Question: Can it return to its charging station if it has less than 0.5 meters of space all around?

    Answer: Mine does.
  • Question: Can this save multi-floor maps for ground and first floor?

    Answer: Not sure, I only use mine downstairs across all 3 rooms, and it saves the map for those. You can choose which rooms to vacuum on the app, so a multi-room function sounds feasible.
  • Question: Does it have Multi-Floor Mapping technology?

    Answer: Yes, it does.
