    Answer: The extension poles are 40 inches. It does go up a little in the middle.

    Answer: I would call the company, Frame it All. They ship directly from the company as well.

    Answer: It has been a year, but I think I bought the sandbox separately. It does what it is supposed to do, but it is not easy to operate, it has to be raised a little at a time. My daughter-in-law says that it is not working now and needs repair.
