    Answer: The stuffed animal storage hammock is made from high-quality materials with reinforced edges for durability.
  • Question: Do I screw the hooks into the wall by hand, or do you need to make holes with a drill first?

    Answer: I started the holes with a hammer and nail and then was able to screw hooks in by hand. But it may be easier to drill holes first depending on the type of wall you have.
  • Question: Is this truly a 'hammock' that hangs suspended from 2 ends, or is it one that has to be mounted in a corner with 3 anchor points?

    Answer: We hung it from 3 anchor points, I think it could hang from 2, but our daughter has close to 30 stuffed animals that needed a place so the 3 anchors were better for holding her animals!
  • Question: Can this be used outdoors?

    Answer: I don't know how well it would do getting wet, but I would think it could be used outdoors, yes. I put mine in my daughter's room. So nice to have those special toys up off the floor. :)
  • Question: Can this be used to suspend half-eaten slices of pizza above a bed?

    Answer: LoL I'm sure it could if you want grease dropping on your head 😂😂😂😂😂
  • Question: How do I access the e-book with the instructions on my windows??

    Answer: I'm sorry. I gave that as a gift. I have no idea.
  • Question: How will I receive the free ebook?

    Answer: I think they do it via email address.
  • Question: Are there grommets at the corners to hang onto the hooks?

    Answer: No, but the corners hold fine.
  • Question: No directions and I never got an email

    Answer: Place one hook in the corner, stretch each side out and place a hook on each wall from the corner. Works best to screw into a stud and you will want to stretch each side fairly tight or you will have too much sag when loaded with stuffed animals. Also make sure it's placed high enough to factor sagging if placing over something like a bed table, etc.
