It is not compatible with Nikon at present but is compatible with Canon. The filter is ideal for capturing deep-sky nebulae and does not enhance the view of planets or galaxies. Customers were pleased with the quality of the filter materials and Construction. Despite being an affordable product, it effectively blocked out extra light during broadband imaging. It produces good quality images even in high light polluted areas. The filter does not solve all problems, but it does make colors appear better. It enabled one customer to capture the Orion Nebula even better than a previous filter.
